It’s a Miracle!

BOAT MOUNTAIN CLAN

In Feb. ‘06, a fella in Harrison, Arkansas, was busted for neglect & abuse, etc. to 50-60+ hunting breed dogs, the majority of which, have been confiscated (some are still on that mountain); he then committed suicide. POINTERS FROM OZ jumped on the mission, & organized a transport for about 20 of these dogs. WGSPR’s Ingrid & Lisa drove to IL very early

AM 3/10/06 to meet ILBDR’s transport & collect 2-GSP’s,

1-pointer momma, & 2-pointer pups. I was one of those dogs!

My mommy loves me & I love her

In 2006 Miracle joined us with our share of the Boat Mountain Arkansas dogs. So March 10th will always be a special day in our hearts for ALL the dogs we brought into our homes and hearts that night. Miracle stayed with me. She is a joy to all who meet her. She is a true survivor of horror, but it’s not stopping her from enjoying the rest of her life. You can see Miracle at most of our shows, she loves “dress up”, other dogs, treats, hunting mice, and naps. She sleeps in bed every night under the blankets. She is a very spoiled girl, and makes many human & doggie friends along her path!

These pix of me were taken the night we arrived in IL. It was a long journey, and I was very afraid of PEOPLE!

Now I’m a PRINCESS!

I think “All Miracle ~ All the Time” would be something like this, eeeks!

Santa BELIEVED ME!

Happy belated Fourth of July folks! I hate my costume, but I do look very cute in my head dress, even so…. Mom went shopping AGAIN! I gotta new bed, cuz so many dogs come thru here, it gets peed on all the time! Stink! So out it went, and in came in a new, fresh, clean one! I LOVE it! We found out Blondie is a Ball-A-Haulic. So mom got her a new purple ball with a handle, so she can fling it around. She steals my stuffed toys all the time! She is a plain collector! On this holiday weekend, mom was busy painting, which means we had to stay outta her way! Blondie has an antique white blotch on her ear, as a result of not listening. I can’t wait to see what this week will bring in my very busy life. Having mom home with us for extra holiday days is so very nice. I wish she could hang out with us all the time!
